“The Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (‘OFAC’) is publishing the updated names and flagging information of thirty three (33) vessels previously identified as property of the Government of Iran under the Iranian Transactions and Sanctions Regulations (the ‘ITSR’), 31 C.F.R.
