“Pursuant to Section 766.24 of the Export Administration Regulations, 15 CFR Parts 730-774 (2010), I hereby grant the request of the Bureau of Industry and Security to renew for 180 days the September 3, 2010 Order Temporarily Denying the Export Privileges of Mahan Airways and Gatewick LLC (‘TDO’), as I find that renewal of the TDO is necessary in the public interest to prevent an imminent violation of the EAR.”
