“The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is providing additional notice of the following actions, which were taken on March 24, 2016 and July 20, 2016. It is publishing the names of five persons and four entities that were placed on OFAC’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List based on OFAC’s determination that one or more applicable legal criteria were satisfied.
