Amendment to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations: Electronic Payment of Registration Fees; 60-Day Notice of the Proposed Statement of Registration Information Collection

“Proposed Rule – The Department of State is proposing to amend the International Traffic in Arms Regulations to change the method of payment to electronic submission of registration fees. Definitions for ‘Foreign Ownership’ and ‘Foreign Control’ are to be added. Pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act, public comment is requested on the Statement of Registration, the form used for the submission of the registration fee.”
