“This rule amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by adding one person under two entries to the Entity List. The person who is added to the Entity List has been determined by the U.S. Government to be acting contrary to the
national security or foreign policy interests of the United States. This person will
be listed on the Entity List under the destination of Crimea (Occupied) with a cross
reference added under Ukraine.”
